You’re invited to join Marquette PT students for their Exercising Care seminar on October 2, 2021 from 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM CDT. This event is hosted by students in the Department of Physical Therapy at Marquette University in support of the VCU-Marquette Challenge—a student-led fundraising initiative in support of the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research.

This hybrid-style event will include four seminars highlighting how physical therapists use exercise as an intervention in light of unique patient characteristics including pain, age, and motivation. Experts will be giving in-person presentations on Marquette’s campus. Participants will be able to attend in person or online via a Microsoft Teams Live Event. Masking and social distancing guidelines will be based on current advisement from the Milwaukee Health Department and Marquette COVID Recovery Team.

4 CEUs will be awarded.

Optional takeaway lunch from Apple Spice Catering Co. is included for free in ticket price for in-person attendees.
