This presentation will contrast different sustainability models and assessment tools for clinical implementation projects and will provide a framework for creating lasting clinical improvements.

LeaRRn’s mission is to improve the quality, outcomes and value of rehabilitation care by fostering stakeholder-partnered research within and across LHSs. LeaRRn builds on an infrastructure established by the multi-million dollar grant awarded by the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research to establish the Center on Health Services Training and Research (CoHSTAR).
