The Foundation for Physical Therapy Research Announces 2025 Service Award Recipients
The Foundation for Physical Therapy Research is proud to honor outstanding leaders in physical therapy with the prestigious 2025 Service Awards. The recipients are recognized for their contributions to the Foundation as well as an ongoing commitment to advance physical therapy research. Awardees will be recognized and celebrated at the Foundation’s Annual Donor Reception held in conjunction with the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in Houston, TX.
The Foundation’s Board of Trustees congratulate the following distinguished recipients:
- Stuart Binder-Macleod, PT, PhD, FAPTA will receive the 2025 Charles M. Magistro Distinguished Service Award in recognition of outstanding service, leadership, and personal commitment to advancing the Foundation and its mission. Check out his acceptance video here.
- APTA Academy of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy will receive the 2025 Premier Partner in Research Award for generous and longstanding contributions critical to the success of the Foundation and its mission.
- HPSO/CNA will receive the 2025 Spirit of Philanthropy Award in recognition of longstanding commitment and generous support of the Foundation and its mission. Check out their acceptance video here.
- Drew Bossen, PT, MBA will receive the 2025 Robert C. Bartlett Trustee Recognition Service Award in recognition of personal service and commitment as a trustee. Check out his acceptance video here.
- Joe Farrell, PT, DPT, MA, FAPTA will receive the 2025 Robert C. Bartlett Trustee Recognition Service Award in recognition of personal service and commitment as a trustee.
