PRIME TIMERS

A Network of Retired Physical Therapists

The Prime Timers are a nationwide group of senior and retired physical therapists who support each other and their profession, and are at least 50 years of age or retired from active practice. However, anyone who does not meet these requirements may participate as a friend of the Prime Timers.

The Prime Timers share their knowledge and experience as volunteer resources for APTA components and individual members. They also have a lot of fun at APTA’s Combined Sections Meetings and Annual Conference, and publish a quarterly newsletter for members and friends. Activities of the group are determined by the expressed interests of its members. The group is supported by annual dues of $10 from both members and friends. In addition, all social activities are supported by those attending the functions. Members and friends may participate to any degree they wish in the group’s activities.

The Foundation Partners with the Prime Timers
