VCU-Marquette Challenge Event Friday, 1:30pm to 2:30 pm

Students Give Forward
Join us at booth #1641 on Friday, February 4, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. for a special event to connect PT and PTA students with research. Drop by to meet some of the FPTR-funded researchers who have received the Marquette Challenge award to further their research. The first 150 students will receive a special giveaway item! Currently confirmed for this event is researcher Cory Christiansen, PT, PhD. Christiansen was awarded the 2011 Miami-Marquette Challenge Research Grant. More guests to be announced soon!

APTA is committed to hosting a safe APTA CSM event in San Antonio in February 2022 that is consistent with CDC guidelines. Our Foundation for Physical Therapy Research (FPTR) annual Donor Networking Reception connects our supporters with FPTR-funded research. This year we’re recognizing our recently funded researchers in addition to our 2022 Service Awardees. This year’s event is in-person and masks will be required. No food or beverages will be served during this networking event.
