VCU Physical Therapy is excited to have Nancy Sharby, PT, DPT, MS and Pamela Donlan, PT, DPT, EdD, CLT-LANA present “More Than Just Muscles and Bones: Understanding Psychological and Behavioral Issues that Affect Patient Care.” This continuing education course will focus on psychological and behavioral issues that complicate achieving optimal outcomes, focusing on such topics as anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as how communication can facilitate positive health behaviors.

This course will offer 7 contact hours! The price is $150 for clinicians and $25 for students. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. All proceeds from this course will support our program in the 2019-2020 VCU-Marquette Challenge in raising funds to benefit the Foundation for Physical Therapy.
